33pkr Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete and binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 33pkr ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your use of the 33pkr website at 33pkr.ws and all associated services, games, promotions and features available thereon.

By registering an account on 33pkr, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use 33pkr.

These Terms should be read alongside the 33pkr Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 33pkr. Where any conflict exists between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To create an account on 33pkr and use the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

33pkr reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Until satisfactory verification documents are provided, withdrawals may be withheld. Accepted documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or driving licence. Bank account or mobile wallet confirmation may also be requested to verify payment methods.

Each player may hold only one account on 33pkr. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name or using another person's details — is a serious breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances within them forfeited. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact 33pkr support immediately to have the secondary account closed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 33pkr login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Do not allow others to access your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact 33pkr support immediately. We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.

Your 33pkr account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account to any third party under any circumstances.

• Keep your contact information — including mobile number and email address — current and accurate at all times.
• Never use your 33pkr account for any purpose other than legitimate personal gaming.
• Do not allow automated software, bots or scripts to interact with your 33pkr account.
• Notify 33pkr support if you change your primary payment method so that withdrawal verification can be updated accordingly.

All transactions on 33pkr are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 33pkr does not apply currency conversion charges. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by 33pkr's finance team following identity verification. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect our players.

33pkr does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from the platform. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with Easypaisa, JazzCash or your bank before transacting. 33pkr is not responsible for third-party fees.

33pkr offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer and to these general bonus terms. Accepting a bonus constitutes agreement to its terms.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met in full.
• Standard wagering requirements on 33pkr bonuses are 30x the bonus amount unless the specific offer states otherwise. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%; table games such as blackjack, baccarat and roulette typically contribute between 10% and 25%; some games may contribute 0% — the specific offer will state the contribution table.
• Bonus expiry windows are stated on each offer. Unused bonuses or those with unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited after expiry.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless 33pkr explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Attempting to withdraw a deposit before meeting bonus wagering requirements may result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.
• 33pkr reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed. Once claimed, the offer terms remain in effect for the duration of the validity window.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value outside of 33pkr.

All games available on 33pkr — whether RNG-based (random number generator) or live dealer — are operated according to their individual game rules, which are displayed within each game interface. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you understand the applicable rules for that game.

RNG games on 33pkr use independently audited random number generators that produce outcomes that are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by players or by 33pkr staff. The RTP (Return to Player) percentages published for each game represent the theoretical long-run return and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real studios. Results are determined by genuine physical processes — card shuffles, roulette wheel spins, dice rolls — that are visible in HD on your screen. These results cannot be altered by 33pkr once a round has begun.

• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, 33pkr will attempt to reconstruct the result based on game logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 33pkr. Any account found to be engaged in these activities will be suspended immediately, investigated, and if the breach is confirmed, permanently closed with all balances forfeited:

• Fraudulent deposits — using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund a 33pkr account.
• Money laundering — using 33pkr to deposit, cycle and withdraw funds for the purpose of obscuring their origin. All suspicious financial activity is reported to relevant authorities.
• Collusion — co-ordinating with other players in poker or other competitive games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chip dumping — deliberately losing chips or bets to another player to transfer funds between accounts in a way that circumvents normal transfer restrictions.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches — if you identify a technical error that results in incorrect payouts or game behaviour, you must stop playing and report it to 33pkr support immediately. Deliberate exploitation of known bugs is prohibited.
• Use of automated software — bots, scripts, automated betting systems or any other software that interacts with 33pkr without human input are prohibited.
• Multi-accounting — creating or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Underage gaming — creating an account or placing bets while under the age of 18, or knowingly allowing a minor to use your account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use 33pkr solely for personal gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any 33pkr content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any 33pkr software
• Use any 33pkr trademark, logo or brand asset without prior written consent
• Frame or mirror any portion of 33pkr on another website without written authorisation

Any unauthorised use of 33pkr intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33pkr's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• 33pkr is not liable for any financial losses you incur through normal gameplay. All betting involves risk and you accept that risk entirely when placing a bet.
• 33pkr is not liable for losses arising from temporary service interruptions, technical faults, internet connectivity issues on your end or third-party payment provider delays outside our control.
• 33pkr is not liable for losses or damages arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension as a result of a breach.
• In circumstances where 33pkr is found to be liable for damages, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

33pkr collects and processes personal data about you in order to operate your account, process transactions, provide customer support, meet legal obligations and improve the platform. By registering on 33pkr, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• You have the right to request access to the data 33pkr holds about you
• You have the right to request correction of inaccurate data

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 33pkr will not release funds held in the account until the investigation is complete. Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, all bonus balances are forfeited. Real-money balances (those derived from deposits rather than bonuses) will be returned to the player through the original payment method where this does not conflict with anti-money-laundering obligations.

You may close your own 33pkr account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and your remaining balance returned to your last verified payment method.

33pkr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
